The cancellation and refund charges are in line with the vendors/ suppliers cancellation rules and regulations, as applicable.
The payment mode will remain by cheque or by bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy for Holiday Packages:
- From booking date till 15 days prior to departure 50% of Package Cost
- 7 Days prior to departure - 75% of Package Cost
- Within 7 days prior to departure to Less than
- 24 hrs prior to departure - 100% of Package Cost
This policy will not be applicable on fixed group departures / group departures.
Eagle Holidays reserves the right to amend the cancellation policy, without prior notice / any reason, at any given point of time. Such amendment or cancellation may be due to circumstances beyond our control. If the alternative date / tour is not acceptable or you do not wish to travel as individual travellers, we would refund the money paid by you without interest after deducting any costs incurred by us on your behalf, within a period of ninety days from the date of amendment or cancellation.
However, we would not be responsible or liable to pay any compensation or damages or consequential loss or to refund any other expense incurred by you.
